Install of SP20 fails on AIX

Hi list....

Is there anyone out there who can help where JDE have failed? I am finding it impossible to install OneWorld Xe SP20 on our AIX webserver. We are using WebSphere 3.5 Advanced Edition. The install of SP20 fails with a java out of memory error. All paths, profiles, correct vn of JDK is loaded and configured etc. The machine has plenty of memory also.
I'm running out of ideas (as is JDE I think).

Which part is failing? The enterprise server service pack or the JAS server?
If the enterprise server we have successfully applied SP20 on AIX, let me know if you need more info.
If the jas server failing have you tried installing on wnidows to compare (just an idea)
