E9.2 Launch a UBE from a windows Batch file

We have now completely upgraded to JD Edwards 9.2.6 and fully 64-bit Clients.
We did have a process that was running UBEs from within a .bat file (LaunchUBE and/or RUNUBE).
These were 32-bit Launchers and required a 32-bit JDE FAT Client to be loaded to actually work.
Is there a way that we can launch UBEs from a command line/PowerShell now that we have only 64-bit clients?

You could also use the REST api to call an Orchestration that launches the UBE. That's future proof and doesn't require a fat client.
