SQL to Oracle Migration

Friends,

We are planning to migrate our DB from SQL to Oracle. Does anyone have a planning document?. I would be glad if someone can send the steps for migration.

hi raj, i don't have a plan, just a question: why are you convertng from sql to oracle? it would seem that sql would be the easiest/friendliest environemnt? what prompted this change?
