Voucher Posting Error

Could anyone of you guys have any idea why when I want to post vouchers, some batches show errors, and looking into their PVs reveals some JEs have been created with account numbers but with blank amounts. Those accounts should not be hit at all in the first place. Plus, this doesn't happen all the time, just sometimes...
