Thin client login bounces client back to log in screen

Client cannot login into thin client/web client from his laptop but can login into thin client/web client on other PC's.

Internet explorer settings are defined properly on client laptop.

It just keeps on bringing client back to login screen even after login.

Has anyone out there experienced this issue and if so what did you do to fix it?

This well could be a Network or VPN issue, one of my colleague had the same issue, he was connecting from home using his laptop and wasn't able to login to JDE.
But in office, with the same laptop he was able to connect.

I would check updates on the laptop with the issue and also if there is any firewall or antivirus installed causing the issue.
