print direct Local on the Web! 8.11sp1

Please help me on how to turn on the possibility to print direct Local on the Web! (Local mapping without Work with Batches).
Local Mapping with the OCM doesn't works!
"Local submission is not supported from skinny batch version".
I need that oneworld open me the pdf files automatically!
