Export to Excel and WEB XE

I have a problem with "Export to Excel" for P43214 application via HTML interface.
When I select Export to Excel from tool menu and click more records on the grid (for examlpe 150 records on grid), vertical scroll bar doesn't appear, so I'm not able to select the latest cell to export the grid.
Has someone encountered the same problem?
