Error 1053 after 8.12 install, JDE service will not start on ENT server

After installing 8.12, 8.96_D1...the JDE E1 service on the enterprise server will not start when using a domain admin ID. It will start fine when starting without an ID. The error message is "Error 1053: the service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely manner.

Any help in resolving this issue is appreciated. Thanks - Jay
