E9.2 Getting error: Version not install on client when click R98403XB - see picture below

Hi All,

Anyone encounter this error after applied Tool release 9.2.7.3 64bit and Planner ESU JN20180 64bit. I have ran the SpecialInstrs.bat after install planner ESU. When tried to run R98403XB XJDE0002, i getting error: Version does not install on client - JDEPLAN. D:\JDEdwards\E920\system\jre - running java 64bit. and D:\JDEdwards\E920\MISC have odbc driver odbc7 and odbc8.
