E1Local database in 9.1...

So, we're upgrading to 9.1.3.1 tools, and I'm setting up the first fat client. I haven't used the Oracle local database before, and the instructions say that you need to download the E1Local database from either edelivery or the Update Center to set it up for installation. I can't find it in either place... what do I need to search for/choose to get it to show up?

Found it... you can search the Update Center for TLOEE* and get it. Be nice if that was in the instructions.
