We are planning to turn on Security History in JDE.ini. Does it create any performance issues. I have gone thru the JDELIST forums and JDE KG also but did not find any info related to performance. Can any one give me some info please

Also, Apart from F9312, are there any other tables that I should watch for.

Thanks
JDE XE/B733, Oracle 9i

It's no huge deal, we've had it enabled for 2 years and I have over 3000 users.

no, there is no performance issue whatsoever with security history being turned on. It only updates based on "security" information - ie, logouts/logins and security changes - not much else, so its a very minor hit. Its VERY important, however, to have it switched on for the auditors if you are a SOX compliant organization.

Jon/Greg, Thanks for your response. yes, we were asked by the SOX auditors and now the History is turned on in JDE.ini.
