Faking the system to think that ESU was applied

I am in the process of creating my 8.12 PY812 from DV812. I know in Xe there was a document that discussed how to do this. Is there a similar process for E1 so that I do not have to manually run over a 1000 ESU. Has anyone done this or is considering doing it...please do tell....

Check F9671 and F9672 tables in System - 812 and in System - Planner.
Add new PY records using DV records as an example.

Thanks...I know about those 2 tables but I wated to knowif 8.12 had any additonal steps or tables that I might be missing.
