Any issues with SP23 M1 on Windows 2003 servers ?

We are planing to migrate our JDE servers from 2000 to 2003 servers and going from SP19 to SP23 M1. Need to know if anyone experienced any issus with SP23 M1 other than the "Scheduler error" (for which there is an ESU out there).

Do you know the name of the ESU to fix the schedule error?
