ERP 8 - as400 installation

Hi list,
I am int the process of installing ERP8.0 in as400 with Central objects on DB2. I have completed my deployment server installation.

i am installating CO in as400.My query is should i change any settings so that the system recognizes that CO is in DB2 cause in as400 CO can be SQL Server or Oracle.
