Workflow Tools 8.98 delegation email issue

Hi there,

My client is currently using tools release 8.98 tools for Workflow. Messaging is set up for email.

Issue is the delegation process. Client wishes to use the *ALL feature when delegating actions and information processes. When *ALL is used both the delegator and the delegated user receive messaging.

Is there a way to shut off messaging for the individual that has delegated *ALL processes? i.e. Manager is going to be away for one month so therefore will delegate ALL his approvals during his absence. Delegate will receive all information and action type messages. Manager does not want any messages pertaining to workflow sent to him during this time frame.

Currently our work around is to not set him up in the WHO's who where email addresses are stored. This work around won't be a viable long term solution when the masses join in as workflow processes are further implemented.

Any feedback or ideas on how to shut off email messaging for the individual delegating ALL processes would be greatly appreciated.
