Need help to know how to setup P4310 to send email notification to approvers that they have a PO for approval.
As per my understanding it is inbuilt functionality.
Not sure the setup required for activating this.
Is there a workflow? I also do not see workflow activation on the processing options.

Hello, this is inbuilt functionality of Purchase Order where the email is triggered based on the Employee Work Center. You just need to define the email address of approvers in Who's who (F0111). Once the PO is created, as per the approval level setups, it finds the right approval route code and the first approver in the level will get the email notification.
You probably need to contact CNC on the Employee WorkCenter email trigger setups which they need to activate
