Where to get server manager components?

Okay, this is probably a simple question ...

Where do we download the server manager components from? By components I mean the modules for BSSV, enterprise server etc.

I can't seem to find them anywhere, but I'm probably not searching for the right thing.

What do I download? I don't see the .par files anywhere in the server manager package ..

From e-delivery you can find the component under

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Tools 9.1 Update 2 Media Pack for Microsoft Windows x64 (64-bit)

There is no downloadable component for BSSV to upload to and deploy from Server Manager. Read the BSSV documentation and you will discover what I mean.

Thanks Charles, I've been studying the server manager manual and it seems to be out of date ... referring to uploading a managed sofware component before creating an instance. Live and learn.
