I'm reviving a dead post. I've searched and can't find any new info on this subject. I've also had a request to change the logon page display and background color (once logged in) so that users have a visual reminder of which environment they are in. I'm able to change the logo but not the colors. I contacted Oracle Support and was told that document 657476.1 is is an Oracle Field Consulting doc and got the disclamer that Oracle doesn't support this. Has someone done this?
