Did anyone of you heard about VANILLA package? If so, could you please let me know what exactly is that and where can we get the documentation on it?

Vanilla is what is commonly referred to as JDE Pristine... which means no
modifications... thanks, bobby

Vanilla is a term used which means, straight out of the box, no=20
changes.....For JDE that would be the pristine environment.

Saigo,

"Vanilla" in this context is American Slang that acts as an adjective. It means the package has no extra additives (customizations or add-ons).

Example: "I bought a Toyota Truck yesterday, just the plain vanilla version though without air conditioning, cruise control, or power windows."
