User getting mobile \"quick links\" page on login

I have a new user who is logging in to my WAS6 server. From her machine, she is presented with the "quick links" menu after login and she is using a windows XP machine with IE 7. If she tries from a different PC, the eone menu loads like it is supposed to.

For some reason, her machine is telling JDE that it is a mobile client or something. Any ideas??

Would it help? - it may be the same issue.

JDE WEB gets totally confused sometimes, based on the data in this key. It must be looking for it specifically and apparently incorrectly interprets some combinations of symbols in this way...
