Upgrade from OneWorld Xe to E1 9.0

We are based in Montreal Canada and using OneWorld Xe. We are planning to upgrade to E1 9.0. We are looking for a consultant and also how to download and install the standalone version of E1 9.0. We are also using DSI (Dclink) for our barcode system.

On edelivery page, you have to choose a language(for example ENGLISH) and click continue(which is at bottom right corner), in next screen you need to registar yourself and upon your validation, it will take you to search page after one page or so in between.
