E9.0 Looking for documentation - Purge-IT Release 4.26 Update

Hello EveryOne,
We have installed in the past Purge-IT 4.26 update in Nov. 2015, but we never used it. Now we are going to migrate from 9.0 to 9.2 TR9.2.7.x, we need to purge data before upgrade and this is what Oracle recommend.

Is there anyone has any experience with Purge-IT or documentation.

Any input would be appreciated.
