Stock Type and Line Type Changes on Item to BOM

Does the 8.12 ECO/ECN process allow for updating the Line Type and Stock Type recently changed on an Item Branch record to be applied to all the BOM records (F3002) that this item appears on? or is there another method to do this without a custom query or program?
