Hi,
If you had a technician that was working on a service order and he needed a part; say some screws, that wasn’t on his truck. He goes to a hardware store and buys the screws using his own money. Now he wants to be reimbursed for the expense. When you add the part (screws) to the service work order is there any mechanism for indicating the employee needs to be reimbursed for that part?
