E9.2 View total required components per work orders vs. available on hand inventory

Is there a way to get total required against total available for inventory? Situation:

We have 100 open work orders for various FG products that use the same raw material - say part ABCD. We need to be able to see that we have total scheduled required for part ABCD to xxx eaches; and that we have xxx eaches available for that part number. (Not the FG part number, but the raw material to make it). is this possible without a custom report?

Shouldn't you see the qty committed columns when you look at your item location data? (Part ABCD against a given branch plant)

Indeed, Supply and Demand inquiry screen must tell how much is demand and getting supply either through planned supply or firmed order in same. which shows the available quantity at the end considering all factors in Demand and Supply.
