Server pack failed on solaris

Hi list,
we have applied SP21 over xe. pack build failing with BSFN, we have tried with APPL and UBE's going ok. i am sure complier missing some links. We even switched the system folders (in Solaris )to check found ok.
Can only one guide me please!.

ES: Solaris 8; DB: Oracle; Xe-Sp21

Hi,

DO not exactly know what the error you are getting. For me it was a Path Setting that messed up the system and pkgs were failing when BSFN where included.

Basically its all about moving /opt/SUNWspro/bin before the /usr/ccs/bin and /usr/ucb in the path.

PATH=/usr/sbin:/usr/bin:/opt/SUNWspro/bin:/usr/ucb:/etc:.:/apps/oracle/product/9.2/bin:/usr/ccs

check if it is correct .. This is Solaris Specific.
