Hi all,
I have been playing around with price rounding rules in JDE8.12 and although i have had success in getting this to work as desired, I have only managed to achieve this when I add a customer number to the price adjustment detail record. When I use the preference hierachy AA for all customers and add a detail record, the rounding adjustment does not work. I have aslo tried adding customer groups and although those groups wortk for other price adjustments, they fail to work with the rounding rules adjustment.
Does anyone have any suggestion they can offer on how to set up the rounding rule adjustment to work on all customers???
