We are implementing base pricing for a new branch, and have set up the "51" preference hierarchy to look at Sold To/Item # (1), then Ship To/Item # (2), and finally All Customers/Item # (3). We do not use Item Groups. We are seeing that base pricing for an item is ignoring the Ship To/Item # price record, and is instead dropping through to All Customers/Item #. I've done some reading in other posts, and it appears that base pricing may be tied to only the Sold To customer number, and doesn't recognize the Ship To customer for pricing. Is that correct? Thanks in advance for any suggestions!
