RES: Custom reports on HTML

Peter,

all you have to do is create a menu with your custom reports in it and
generate that menu with the java generator.
We had the same problem and the above measure worked for us.

Good luck, Gerd

Assunto: Custom reports on HTML

Hi all

Has anyone experienced any problems with customer reports running on HTML
clients?

We have developed many reports under system code 56, however when they are
run on a HTML client an error is received "You are not licensed to run this
application". The reports run fine locally on a fat client and on the
enterprise server.

We are running AIX 4.3.3 webserver with websphere 3.5 advanced. All reports
are on menus (believe to be source of license info for the web) and have
been generated repeatedly.

Anyone have any ideas, or should I start to hand out pens and paper to our
users.

P RYAN
