I have a $44,000.00 invoice for support...which I don't think I will
pay. Has anyone else made this same decision, and if so, what have been
the ramifications. I am on A7.3 cum 11. Extremely stable, never call
them. My concern is what happens when 1099 updates come around. Will
they sell them to you?

We decided to drop down from Silver support to Bronze support. This saved
us substantial $, and we can go back to Silver if we need to. I would be
very careful about dropping support totally. Under the bronze plan, you can
access the KG, but cannot log a call, nor call for technical support via the
phone or email. Since we are pretty stable here at the moment and don't
plan any upgrades in the near future, this is a good option for us.
