R4981 problems

Hello,
Anybody has experienced problems with Freight Update R4981?. Ocassionally when I run it I find that freight lines are deleted from F4945 (which is ok) but not added to F4211 (which is wrong). Anybody has experienced something similar?

Have a look at ODS-03-0003 and connected SAR 5882946 with resulting in ESU JD18112.
Could be usefull
