We are still a bit new to Prop Mgmt so bear with me if this is a stupid question.
We need to know if we can have multiple active Lease agreements for one Unit. Example we have a unit with an active agreement, a new agreement is being put in place for the unit. The existing agreement cannot be terminated until the new one is fully in place (I don't know what this means). Right now E1 will not allow this to occur without changing the status of the existing agreement to terminated.
The user has an argument for what she wants but I don't see how it is to work. The current Lease does not have an "end date" so I suggested that if they put an End Date on the Lease, then try and attach the unit to a new lease that picks up where the other leaves off, it should
work?
