Production Reports Data

We require to calculate the amount of work order completions i.e. IC transactions historically by date and time. The item ledger F4111 transactions cannot give us this data because the date/time stamp of the original transaction is overwritten by R31802 on our evening batch run. Does anyone know of any other way I can obtain the completions data i.e. no of units completed in a given historical time frame?

Hi,
I've you tried to look for te data in the WORK ORDER TIME TRANSACTION table with Transaction Type = 4 (Qty)?, it really depends how you declare your quantities, as far as I remember, you don't have the document type but you have the operation sequence n?, tha WO n? and WO type.

SAR 7133332 fixes the issue of R31802A stepping on the F4111 transaction information.

For a separate but more serious issue look at SAR 7422804 - Rescheduling a Work Order corrupting data in F3112.
