We have used the JDE system function to call an URL and it returns the desired HTML page back within a media object which has been embedded to an application form.
That is all fine for the screen. But when we select the available print (printer icon and issuing the windows API for printing) for the media object, the output seems to resize to much than larger than expected (8 1/2 wide) and cuts off part of the document off.
Curious why on the expected WYSIWYG of the media object is actually altered now?
Also requesting the same page from a standard browser, it prints at the desired size.
Is it due to citrix? Due to formatting controls for the media object?
Anyone encounter such problems? Workarounds?
