Hi everyone,
For weeks we have been trying to download documents (technical guides) from the www.peoplesoft.com website. When we search for documents, and choose the searched items, these items usually have attachments on them, if we try to download the attachment it just gives us a random error (access denied, returns to page, search page), 1 in 10 tries it works, but most of the times it doesn?t. Has anyone encountered this same problem?
Also if you searched for a solution on the online support, it gives you a result but when you click on one of them it will just move you back to the search solution page. This site is full of features that doesn?t really work.
We posted an issue already but also the issue management page doesn?t work properly.
I tried using different browsers (IE, Opera, Netscape, Mozilla, FireFox), and used different Java Runtime Environment. Still I?m having the same problem.
Is anyone facing the same problem? Any solution/work around on this is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
Best regards,
