P95620 report definition date submitted wrong GMT?

We're submitting report publishing (XML) jobs via R04573 and on the Report Definition Job Control search results page (via P95620) the Submission date/time is always 4 hours ahead of the current time. The raw XML via Row -> View RD Source does have the correct time though.
Is there a time/GMT setting that we need to update somewhere?

You need to get the local time, not the UTC time on the server...?

If your server are set in different timezone then where you are working from then you have this problem. Its better to work with CNC to resolve it. There is also setup for Business unit timezone to resolve this issue.
