OR\'s and PO\'s printing blank

Good Afternoon All:

I have a conundrum that has been plaguing us for some time:

A user prints OR's and PO's, and every once in a while, some will print as a
blank sheet. It is completely random, and does not happen to the same PO's
each time.
Has anyone else experienced this?
