Hi,
Sub : Do you have lengthy row reports with about 1000 to 1500 rows? and do you want to minimize the maintenance of them? I have a simple solution in my mind. The inputs from the experts might help to make it perfect solution.
Solution :
Steps to follow new approach
1. Format the Accounts in Excel Sheet as it required to display on the report
2. Upload the Excel sheet info into a custom file using an interactive application.
3. Retrieve the account information (Net Posting info or any other as your output requires)from F0901/ F0902 for the ANI value combination( MCU.OBJ.SUB)
4. Might require some work around (Depends on the requirement)to print the report as required.
I have attached a sample requirement, where we used this simple logic.
Observation : It will be good to use if there are more rows in a row report. If you have rows below 100, then row report might take less time to complete.
Advantage :
1) Require less maintenance and consumes less time comparing to row reports.
