How to hold back other Developers do [Erase Check Out]

How can I hold back other Developers do [Erase Check Out] in OL for a application on other workstation when the application is beeing check out at my workstation?

Hi,
There is no way to preserve both yours and the other developers changes.
The developments made without check-out can be saved into Save Location, but
restoring them will erase your changes.
