FASTR Setup Data - Where?

I'm working on a process to convert World FASTRs to a E1 Reports - and have hit a snag.

Report Specs are in the F8303
Column Specs are in the F8304
Row Specs are in the F8305
Cell Specs are in the F8306

Header spec (titles) appear to be in the F98311
Report Description appear to be in the F98312

Where is the actual Version Title and Version information stored? The setup (that tells date structure and such)... I have guesses, but a confirmation would be nice...

F98301 is the table.

Interesting enough - our pre-conversion snapshot is missing the FASTR records. It was the table I had identified - but, in the snapshot I am using ... the data is amiss.
