ER compare for NERs

I am unable to compare NERs using Visual ER compare. I have copied the folders from production in 8.11 and am trying to compare with 9.0 code to find the difference.
The code for NER does not come up even if I use the 9.0 folder as reference.

Is there something specific that needs to be done for NERs?

I am able to compare the C Bsfn code without any issue...
