I am unable to run R31804 since the Work Orders all have Current Unaccounted units and amounts (CCUU & CCUA).

The R31802A is supposed to set these to zero but is not doing so.

Any ideas anyone?

Have you tried moving the work order status back to a valid open status, then run R31802 again?

Yes I have - for further info there are no modifications involved and I have recreated the problem in Pristine

I have never encountered this before and cannot believe that its a bug - There must be something wrong with my setup but I cannot fathom what

I did try searching this site and found a thread talking about problems in R31802a when the item being produced has the wrong Stocking Type so I changed my item but the problem is still there

Could you give us the detailed steps which you recreated the problem in Pristine?
Perhaps we can find something from it.

Are you inadvertently running R31802A in proof mode? And are you getting jurnal entries?

I have found the problem!

The user was populating the "Quantity completed" (SOQS) before taking the "Co/By completion" Row exit

Hi,

I am extracting the output for work order activity units, but in the output i am getting 2 lines for each item, one line showing the current units & next line showing current planned units, is there any possible way to get single line for each item?

table name is F3102 (production cost), & also what is the difference between the current units & current planned units?

One possible solution might be to review the R31802A program and verify that it's configured correctly to set the CCUU and CCUA fields to zero. If this program is not working as expected, it may be necessary to troubleshoot and debug the issue to determine the root cause.
Another option could be to consult with your IT department or a specialist in E1 8.10 to see if they have any insights or suggestions for resolving the issue. They may be able to provide more specific guidance on how to troubleshoot and fix the problem.
In any case, it's important to document the steps you've taken so far and any error messages or other indicators that could help in diagnosing the problem. With a clear understanding of the issue and a systematic approach to troubleshooting, you should be able to identify and resolve the problem with the R31804 report and associated work orders in your E1 8.10 system.

Hello, F3102 shows the Lines for Parent Item lines as per each cost method and the Material consumed lines for components. The table is first updated by R31410 later on it is updated by R31802A , which updates Current Planned ,Planned amount, Completed Units and Completed amount and Variance columns
At the Last R31804 updates the Variances columns which are there at the last.
Difference between current units and current planned units is Current units are updated by R31410 while planned units are updated by R31802A.
You can go through below Oracle link which has detailed explanation for the same. #Doc ID 1392226.1

Thanks,
Vinay
