Client Access popup

Does anyone know how to make the constant Client Access logon popup go away after you put the password in once? It appears only on the Citrix farm. We just upgrade the Citrix client on the PCs and now when users login to JDE the CA login popup keeps coming up everytime. I have Navigator set to prompt only as needed but that is everytime now. How can we set that password so users are not prompted for it everytime they login?

What does the jde.log(s) say the problem is. Often times, this is only a setup issue with the local ODBC driver on your citrix server. Please post the contents of the jde.log file. Thanks.
