Application Lock

When doing an inquiry, for example Trial Balance by Ledger Inquiry, an hour glass indicates it it processing. I then go back to my main menu and try to do another function I get an error message: Applications Processing
A new application cannot be started while other applications are processing.

Do any of you receive this message? If so do you know a way to resolve it?

I think I have seen this in Citrix, if it is Citrix - you might want to check with your Cirtix admin.
