    Change assistant error

    Hello there
    I cannot search ESU through CA, when I launch it gives me that error "could not establish a connection to the update center, this might be credential etc"

    Any idea? I can login to updatecenter through web browser no problem.

    If you've changed your Oracle Support password recently, make sure to update the credentials in Change Assistant. If you use the Proxy Server Authentication, make sure to update that if you've changed your credentials there as well. I will say that there are the odd times where if I'm not logged into the website first that it will give me issues with the Change Assistant login. This only happens to me once in a blue moon, but I end up logging into the website then first, then launching Change Assistant and it lets me use it again.
