Vertex

I am looking for someone I can speak with that uses Vertex to automatically calculate sales tax based on a ship to address? We are using NT/SQL B7333. My main concerns are will it work? and this was a surpirse for us to have to use a third party tool for this, how easy is the implementation?

We recently implemented Vertex for Sales Tax for B7332 (NT/SQL), based on the Ship/To (this is standard functionality).
