Windows 7 is now supported for the Development Client with 8.98.4.2.

Windows 2008 R2 isnow supported for the Deployment Server with 8.98.4.2.

See Win7 Development Client
Note 1: The EnterpriseOne Windows client must be installed with “Run as Administrator on Windows Vista and Windows 7.
Note 2: The EnterpriseOne Windows client must be run with “Run as Administrator on Windows Vista and Windows 7.
NB Administrator = local administrator, NOT domain administrator as a previous post was wrongfully stating!

We've been running the Dev Client on Win7 with no problems on tools release 8.98.3.3 at multiple clients...I guess they're just certifying it now and stating that it supports the Oracle 11g too now??

On a similar note, have you actually gotten 8.98.4.2 to show up on the search in the support site?

We are running 8.98.4.2 but it appears there may be an issue with data dictionary caching on the enterprise servers. Display decimals appear to not being applied 100% of the time. Issue started the day we deployed 8.98.4.2 to our DV/CRP environment.

We have a case open with oracle.

Appears to be an issue with a custom environment using pristine DD by mistake. Testing of tools release and the app was just bad timing.
