E9.1 JDE App 9.1 to 9.2

Hi,

We have existing JDE 9.1 running in old 2008 R2 server and using oracle 11g database. We are planning to install JDE 9.2 to a new server and will be using oracle 19c database.

Question is, how we can migrate all data including menus, user security, customize objects of JDE 9.1 (old server) to 9.2 (new server)?

What are the steps we need to follow.
