Server Manager - Info

Hello there

Does anyone know where all the information i see in Server Manager comes from? I mean all the network setting etc and what tables have these information?

My understanding it's all stored locally on the Deployment Server and the Enterprise Server in the Server Managar folders that were created when installing. It will read and store the various .ini files but also create various xml and properties files to store the configurations. In our setup, we have \JDE_HOME created on the Deployment Server. On the iSeries/AS400 Enterprise Server we have \JDEdwards\JDE_HOME created on the IFS.

The instance information comes from the ini's. you may find these in the targets folder.

For many of those settings, if you click the 'i' icon to the left of the value, the location of the information is displayed.
