Getting duplicate called Form

Hi all,
Hope its a simple issues:
My both calling&Called forms are Fix&Inspest's.
On returing value from called to calling ,it
passes the value to a same replica of calling from&
not to the original calling form.
Im working in EOne 8.9
Plz help me to resolve this issues
